    70 hp Mercury Outboard, no spark all cylinders (has adapter assembly)

    Output from the adapter assembly with it disconnected from the switch box is 280 v. Connected to the switch box is 16.7 v which is out of spec. Both connected and disconnected the resistance should be open but I am getting 3.2 and 17.8 m ohms.
