I have a 2008 Merc 90 hp outboard with a tilt / trim locked in place. I have tried to release the pressure relief screw but the motor seems to be locked in place. Two of us couldn't move it. The trim motor makes the normal sound but the outboard doesn't move. I can't find any locking mechanism...
