If you have to choke it to get it to stay running you may have carb issues or the fuel pump lost pressure. Try rebuilding the carbs and fuel pump and see where that gets you.
It looks like a Tecumseh cause of the carb. I will get a better picture later today and post it. I tried to look it up as an Eska but could not find one with a full wrap around gas tank that is plastic.
