I have an old Evinrude 35 hp outboard. Model 35852R.........Serial No. C7014689. I turn the key and nothing happens......no reaction whatsoever. I can push the the key in and turn and the electric choke activates...........but not a sound from the engine. No solenoid sound, no starter...
