    I've been looking online looks like general rule of thumb for brackets is 1" of height per ft of setback on the bracket

    Got a bit done cut some stuff up and sent to a welder hopefully have it for next weekend made up my support for my kicker bracing should work alright

    Yea I dont want to have a pile of wires thats why I figured I'd use a fuse block keep it clean

    Power wires for a fuse block transducer wires and some wires for the engine

    All I run is okumas and never had issues with them. On a side note got some conduit for my wiring to run through.

    No work on boat its -17 but I sold the motors and stern drive and acquired more tackle for salmon/ walleye

    To me it looks like the transom has pulled in a bit im just curious what the width is the transom aluminum is bowed out at the top a bit

    I wish I had some more shop space weathers starting to turn crappy making it not very good outside to work. Yea thats the plan nice tube to run all the wiring in to keep it clean

    thats why I picked this boat up to build it into what i wanted clean slate i have a new lowe but there's not much you can do to it being new and not wrecking it this is my current set up for salmon and walleye the starcraft will eventually replace it

    I got some 1/4" angle im going to run from the beam to transom ill have a cap made up for the top of transom and tie into that

    Oh ya she's gonna be a trolling rig i want to put a mount that runs from one side of the boat to the other and my riggers on that but thats a ways away I got to start getting material together to make the outboard bracket and find someone to welder up
