    Thanks for the replies--yes, that top regulator will be a lot easier to get to for sure. To be clear, it shouldn't be spitting fuel out, correct? I'm thinking it is sucking extra fuel to the rail and making it run rich. I'm just not seeing the top unit I have online, I'll pull it out next...
