I am refinishing an aluminum boat and gluv-it came highly recomended. Can I apply this with my pneumatic paint sprayer and is there anything i should know before applying? I have completely stripped the hull down to bare metal. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

I have a 40 hp mercury on a 18' Lowe boat. It cavitates bad in turns. It has no power trim or tilt and performs good except in turns. What is the best depth for this motor to be mounted? How far below the bottom of the boat should the prop or lower unit be? Thanx in advance!<br /><br />Ryan

Merc 40hp 4cyl. I have milky exhaust. I was told it was oil residue or fogging from winter lay up. I have a photo if you dont mind looking at it. Just seems like alot of oil to me. I checked lower unit. oil is fine in it. Let me know if where to send photo. Thanks in advance.
