    i'm trying to set the timing on my aq 125 a...not to sure if the book i have is giving me the proper information...it says 10 deg btdc..when i set it there it seems to run a little rough compared to 20 deg or 25 deg...so i'm hoping the book is wrong...also need to know the dwell setting..my book...

    i posted a question a few days ago don about an exhaust sound comming from my aq 125 a, you said check # 4 exhaust port for corrosion, and you were right. also gave me advice on setting drell up on the points, and that helped alot. thanks alot don..good advice. gord

    is it uncommon when setting the distributor on a aq 125 a volvo to have it at 20 deg btc at idle ? the book calls for 10 deg, but when i set it at that it runs rough. thanks

    how much longer do i have

    on the solex single barrel downdraft carb, I've taken the push rod off of the accelerator pump and now can't remember how it goes back on.<br />is the rod on the top of the nut or on the bottom.<br />any help appreciated

    tilt unit on volvo 270 outdrive

    trying to remove the tilt unit on a 1981 volvo penta 270, i have removed the 2 bolts on top of flange, but unit will not come out. am i missing something, is there other bolts to remove ? please help...ready to start using large hammer..lol<br />any help would be appreciated

    rotten wood inside my boat

    I own a 1981 Bayliner 2270 explorer, I've discouvered rotten wood flooring inside the boat. underneath the rotten wood is foam, and of course it was wet. my question is this, do I need to replace that foam when I do my repairs, or can I simply leave it out and create accessible compartments...
