    Confirmed that if you remove the rubber, the rails are riveted on and will need to be drilled. Now, I just have to see if I can find replacement rubber and I'll be good. That current rubber is 46 years old and pretty stiff. lol

    I agree with you on how this would be assembled / disassembled. I just wanted to know how to find replacement parts. Like I said, it was helpful even to know to search for "rubber rail inserts" Sounds dumb, but I didnt think of that before. Thanks

    At this time I don't know what holds down the rail. I'll have to remove the rubber to find out. But I suspect its riveted and will need to be drilled out. If the rubber snaps into the rail, that will definitely require me to replace the rail as well. The sheeting.. Im talking about the...

    haha. Yes, they are not a "decal" or anything. I was just trying to explain that they are like racing stripes but made out of a vinyl covering and then trimmed.
