I have a 1999 Volvo Penta 5.0gi that will not start. I have power to both the starter relay and the fuel pump relay but the pumps will not run. Have bypassed the relay and the fuel pumps are woworking well. But they will not come on when you turn the ingnition switch. Seem to have power...
