    I cleaned the throttle body, cleaned the iac valve, clean the map sensor and reinstall everything, the engine still run rough. And still hard to start. I'm going to check valve clearance next. Can anyone show me how to adjust timing or verify timing?

    Here is a video of the injectors on the fuel rail, the lanyard was removed so no spark to cause fire. But a fire extinguisher was nearby. :) Also a video of the MIL lights. I'm reading code 3 and 24. Or is it 3, 10 and 14? the one long light by itself is 10? or is 10 10 quick blink?

    I went ahead and bought a new cylinder head. I didn't want to chance it and having it break down on me on the water. The old head was in pretty rough condition. Also, head gasket isn't cheap so it was better to spend the money for a new head.

    I think a new head will be better choice. There will be a better seal with a new head cylinder. The picture show the worried area where seal is lost due to corrosion.

    You're correct, the leak is NOT the exhaust valve itself. However when I piur water into the exhaust port, water was trickling out. When I piur water into the intake hole, it held fine. But... After removing the intake valve, I find the hole. Question now is how the heck that happened??? But...

    So I filled the exhaust holes with oil. One is seeping. The second hole from the last is seeping oil but it's not seeping out of the valve. Rather it's seeing out of the intake water channel. Internal crack??? I have a borescope coming but I don't know if that would help. It's not a fast leak...

    It's an older gentleman too. Thought he had the skill see so many heads at his shop. Man...I'll do as you say, and i'll put them back together and hope for the best. Otherwise brand new engine for me on the horizon. :) I'm praying though.
