I have a 2007 StarCraft 2000 Limited Deck Boat with a mercury engine. Last week it ran great, when we started it yesterday afternoon it sounded odd. Took it out on the lake and it did not have full power. I shut it off and trolled awhile and then restarted the engine and again would not go up...
