I have a 2005 mercruiser 4.3l and I'm at 1000 rpm and 50psi on oil pressure at idle.

I have a 2005 vip vegas with mercruiser 4.3l. Motor serial # 0w017581. I am changing the engine oil. I drained old oil and have put 5 qts in and its still not showing up on dip stick.
