I am looking for an Indy boat mechanic to finish the install on my 70 evinrude on my 83' StarCraft runabout. I hit a wall at work and don't have personal time to finish this. I mounted the engine. Just need controls and wiring finished. Any recommendations? I'm in LA habra, CA. Thanks

This thing is still sitting in the box....
As title states. Manual trim. Was ran in salt water for about 3-6 months, sat in a mooring. Previously a freshwater boat.
Engine siezed...pulled head and found rust in hole #3.....also cyl#1 has excessive play side to side at near tdc.engine still siezed with my impact wrench at the flywheel...
