    Hi Thanks for the reply .I have to check if there are any loose wires I do not see. Have a 50 amp cut off fuse that sits next to the coil. I get to check closer tomorrow when I'm in the boat.

    Hi Found this fuse under the engine this summer, changed the starter a little later without knowing that the fuse should be on there and everything else works well. Do you mean that this fuse should be connected behind on the starter and further up to the trim tilt engine?I am not very good at...

    Trying to find wiring diagram for trim tilt system Volvo penta AQ271C(1990).Is it any connection from the starter to the powertrim pump thrue the 55amp fuse sitting on the starter?
