    timing & fuel filter

    I have a 1992 Force 150 HP. When I have WOT on the lake the boat will go from 43mph to 34 and kind of miss. I think it might be the timing, but I do not know what it should be set at. Also is there a fuel filter that should be changed? And if so where is it?<br /><br />Thanks for any help any...
