    And especially Texasmark for his info on removing oil pump......did my '98 60 horse today......he was right,it's pretty straightforward, and i'm no mechanic. happily mixing my own, not depending on that pump to do it for me, Thank You Sir.

    hi to all, need help, recently traded a 4cyl 40 for what I thought to be a 3cyl 60(both '98's) the new motor seems bigger,and has a bigger cowl that says it's a 60hp....problem is,the tag with the model&s/n say it's a 40hp......how can I be sure it's really a 60? thank you.
