I have a 2001 9.9 "rude" that bogs down after running for about 20 min. I have cleaned the carbs with an ultra sonic. I have replaces the fuel pump and all fuel lines. The coil has also been replaced. I can run the boat with no problems for about 20 min. Then it acts like it runs out of gas...
