Can anyone tell me if there is suppose to be a bowl vent jet installed on these carburetors? The engine S/N is 0T160329 and the parts list and Mercury manual for the Walbro WME-8 doesn't show one. However in the Merc. manual the spec. sheet shows it's suppose to have .094" bowl vent jets. My...
