I just purchased a 1959 feathercraft with a 1975 hp evinrude 40 hp. It was sitting for two years. It will fire right up but no water is coming out of the 'Pee' hole. I have replaced the water pump when I had the lower unit off I inspected all of the plumbing and it looked clear of any debris...
