    Precision Blend Oiling System

    I have a 1988 Yamaha 115 HP precision blend outboard. The remote oil tank (under center console ) is not filling the oil tank on the outboard. I put 12 volts directly to the pump on the remote oil tank. It would not run. Am I right to assume the pump is bad? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

    I have a 1995 Johnson 60hp VRO. I can get it to idle roughly but when I open the throttle at the carb there is a hesitation then it bogs down and dies. Any ideas on what's going on. Thank you.

    I have a tilt and trim unit off a 1987 evinrude 70 hp. The blue and green power wires from the trim motor have been cut from the junction box. Is there a way to still test the motor.

    Cooling question

    I have a 1988 70 hp Evinrude VRO and while running it pees fine but there is also water coming out of one of two holes right on the top back part of the lower unit just below the rear clamp for the cowling. What are these whole and is this normal.

    Engine only idles while choke is in.

    I have a 1988 Evinrude 70 hp VRO and it will start for about twenty seconds then slowly sputter and die, unless I keep bumping the choke or put it in gear. I suspect its somthing with the carbs and I'm hopeing it can be narrowed down.

    Starter

    I have a brand new battery, and starter but it dosent turn the flywheel quick enough to turn the engine over. I've jumped negative battery termainal to block and positive battery termainal staright to post on starter with same results. Anyone have any ideas.
