I have a 1989 Evinrude 140 v4, I am getting a warning horn solid horn and engine will not go over 3000 rpm, sounds like its bouncing off the rev limiter. does that mean that the boat is in limp mode? I un plug the temp senseor on the strabord side head, tan wire and the warning horn goes away...
