Having a crazy problem. Changed water impeller and thermostat +gasket with brass grommets. Not getting the needle on gauge to come up at all until the motor is shut down. It then goes up to 180°. I can not figure this out. Ran it on the lake all weekend like this. It does smell kinda rich like...
I got a couple extra used props with my boat and decided to install one of them. Well the new one doesnt have the hub that slides out like the existing one and has a lot of front to rear play in it. Is this ok to run it like that?

I'm missing the walkthrough center windshield and the window gaskets are not any good on the rest of it. Does anyone recommend a place online that has windshield frames and gaskets. Thanks.
