Motor has been stored for years and I'm trying to get it going. It turns over fine but no spark. does #1 wire on power pak need 12 volt with key on? I'm confused...some say to remove #1 wire and check for spark.....help. Seems like "key on" should send 12 volt somewhere, but maybe that's not...
