I have a outboard 115 hp Evinrude that runs fine except when I am in full throttle for a minute or so. The power will rapidly cut in and out. Then if I back it down a bit and hold it at about 70% it will maintain. I noticed that the tachometer is having issues also. I am trying to figure out...
