    i have a 85hp thunderbolt my fuel bulb will not get tight i have replaced the bulb and put new diaphragm in the fuel pump but still dumping fuel in carbs and flooding motor what else can i do or check

    just replaced the water pump started it up and it stays in fwd moved the shifter around but stays in fwd
