I did the water pump on my 1985 Mercury 200hp BlackMax, which went well. I put the lower unit back on and ran the engine. Ran well and put in foward and reverse in the drive way work fine. Put the boat in the water yesterday and th engine just grinded in reverse no power no reverse. Foward...
