    1985 70 evinrude vs. 1984 115

    I currently have an "86 16" Grumman bow rider runabout with the 115. Boat is fast, but sucks gas. Boat is only really rated for 70 HP. The 85 is in great shape. How much would changing back to the 70 affect speed and power? Thanks for any advice.
