    Do you think that being it is metal it might make it not possible to drop in from the top? I have a oil pump priming tool to get it aligned onto the oil pump so I done see (fingers crossed) that being an issue. And thanks for the help!!

    I have a 20' maxum with a 4.3 v6 (mildly warmed over)and 1.84 drive and I run a 21" 4 blade aluminum prop... and light load I get 4950 and heavy load I get 4600... have you had it in the water with a 1.47/1.62 (some v8's had a 1.62) drive? if so what was the pitch on the prop then? my best guess...

    I cant seem to find the specs on this prop "85632a40p11" what on it and I presume that it is an 11" pitch but I dont know the diameter and I'm looking for a replacement.... and anyone help me out with some info on it? BTW its a 2005 3 CYL 4 stroke 40 HP
