I have a 1980s 115 in line 6 type III system.
I bought the boat a week ago. It has been setting for at least 4 years.
The motor fired right up in the drive way, idled smooth.
Dropped it in the lake and tried several times to take off but it would bog every time, 1500 rpms. After 4or 5 attempts...
