Guy from Canada bought it off E-Bay for 480.00. Best looking 500 dollar boat he'll ever see! Hope he kills a lot of fish with it, he'll be picking it up next week, I think. If my roof hadn't sprung a leak, I would have kept it, but the funds were needed elsewhere. Gonna look for another...
Pulled the outdrive, just to make sure it was okay. Surprise! Gray lube/water pouring out of the driveshaft bellows (which has no cracks). Soooo looks like a bad seal in the upper gear case. Again, easy enough, but golly - everything is worn out! No nuts on the bottom of the front engine mount...
Got the boat cheap, and now the motor is locked up. Not worth it to me to put a new one in, so I guess it's save for a newer boat. Fair condition, good trailer, could probably make somebody very happy. Sure do like the way Starcraft rides! Really bummed out.
