My temp gauge is off by about 25 degrees since new 3 years ago.. Checked with 2 Infrared digital temperature meters at the sending unit/thermostat housing... If I change the sensor or gauge will that "maybe" help?? Or just live with it...
Re installing Gen 2 drive and have a 1/16 to 1/8 gap between the upper housing assy and bell housing assy. Just wont go the last fraction. Thinking that it's the large rubber "O" ring keeping it out?? Correct ?? Thanks...
There is rubber washer, 12-77674, just above the oil seal for the lower shift shaft. How is that positioned on the shaft, do I push it against the seal or let it set half way on the shaft?? Alpha Gen 2 Thanks
After installing new impeller assy, Alpha 1 Gen 2, when setting drive housing onto the gear housing, how do i know if the water tube that goes into the upper drive housing is lined up & correctly in the O ring & do I replace that O ring (#88393) also?? Also do I use 2-4-C on impeller blades or...

My serial number on my Alpha drive is 1A273481. The water pump impeller kit #47-43026K06 is what I have . It states that its for drive with serial # 0D469859 and above - is that a zero or an "O" ? I'm good ?? Thanks
