    98 Merc. 150 trim by-pass too tight

    Tried to open bypass plug, but I feel the head will tear if I apply any more pressure. Afraid to drill it out, but I need to replace trim motor. Can't move it from where it's parked, with motor down. Any ideas or tricks?

    1998 merk 150 hard to start when warmed up

    Motor starts fine when cold. After running for a while, I shut down and when I try to start, it cranks for a while before it fires.
