    i just bought a 1986 140 evinrude its slow out of the hole chuges smokes and spits fuel from carbs until the rpms pick up then it runs great it does this ever time i slow down .i check compresion 120 to 130 psi changed plugs the oil injection has been disconected i mix it 50/1 it kinda sounds...
