    1971 Chrysler 55 HP blowing bubbles in the water

    I got my 55 HP out in the water yesterday after a month of carb/throttle link problems. When I go WOT, it doesn't speed up. Then it does. Then it fluctuates. When it is idling smoke-filled bubbles surface from somewhere under water. What up with it?
