Just bought, did run once for 2mins. History of hard to start.
I have checked power is being produced from stator windings(35ish volts) when cranking.
Switching appears to be working, (5volts-ish) when cranking.
Disconnected stop wire at switching box (Bl with Ystripe).
No power from either...
