    mercruiser shift shaft issue??????

    i just got this 1982 sea sprite. has a mercruiser 120hp alpha 1 outdrive. here are some pics of what i am dealing with. if i pull up on the lower shaft it will shift but wont stay it drops back down. is there supposed to be so kinda spring or bushing or something to hold it up.?? any suggestions...

    evinrude lark 5 issue????

    i have a evinrude 40 hp outboard im trying to wire up. the two black wires that come from the alternator stator? im not sure were they go. if anyone could help. i know they go from motor to ignition switch but cant determine witch one goes were. motor is a 1962 2cyl thanks

    old starcraft i think 1957 not sure HELP

    I cant figure out what kinda boat i really have. its sat for 6 years. it was my brothers and when he past away i just stuck it behind the barn. it has a 40 hp evinrude lark 5 i know is a 1962 motor. as far as the bout goes i know nothin about it and would like to find out more if anyone could help.
