    Thanks for the info. The seats are showing age. But owner claims floors solid with no soft spots and engine runs great. I’m not a fan of swaps because you truly never know if they’re done right. IMO. Might be worth the 45 min ride to check it out.

    Upgrading from 45LB minn-kota bow mount to a 55LB?

    Currently have a 45LB on my 17ft sea nymph and I find it very difficult for it to control the boat with any wind gust, I usually set it on one and cruise the shore line but with wind involved I am using 3 sometimes 4.....would a 55 help this out at all or should I just go with a 24V 70lb?

    I am wondering what you guys think, the boat is a 1999, so is the engine 1999 Mercury 150HP aluminum 3 blade prop 17 pitch.....I would really like to get at least 40MPH out of the boat....Do you think changing prop pitch would make a 5mph different or so?     Unsure of the brand but they on a Bayliner trophy 2002 WA, they have 2 buttons at the helm for up or down, but there's really no way of knowing what position there at. Can you guys explain how you use your trim tabs? I understand how they work, just don't understand when's the best situation...
