    I am working on a 1987 70hp evinrude model e70tlcu. I have had problem with engine stalling when just placed in gear at low rpm's. It will idle fine and runs fine at top end but only runs about thirty seconds or less when just engaged in gear. Then, to start it I have to choke it. But starts...
