I am trying to drop the lower unit on my 1980 70HP Evirude. I would like to change the water pump. I took the bolts out and marked the tab to realign. I tapped with rubber mallard with wood block not to damage anything, but will not drop down. Do I need to do anything else to drop lower unit...
