My dad just purchased his first pontoon boat 1996 21' Tracker. It has a 1996 75hp Force on it. The motor runs fine till you hit 2000 rpm. After 2000, it will kind of stutter for 10 seconds or so then be fine for a minute or two then start the stuttering again. Does anyone have any ideas what...
