Tried everything on my old vinyl seats and the only thing that got them clean enough was Acetone....yes Acetone.....ok...yes it slightly melted the vinyl but it sure got it clean....I tried bleach, comet, and all the other harsh products but nothing worked. I know bleach eats the stitching but...

I am removing my gas tank in my bowrider due to strong fuems coming from under the deck. I wont feel comfortable unless I inspect it and change all fuel lines. My question is.........I would like to cut out a small area just big enough to remove the tank...and then use the same deck material...
Is there a used market for seats???? I would like to replace and sell my back to back seats in my bowrider and purchase used pedastol seats or captains chairs. I researched new seats and it doesnt seem to make sense to pay $500 per seat when i only paid 2K for the boat.
