New to this forum and just purchased a older Sears Diehard 36lb thrust trolling motor. Is there any maintainence with trolling motors? I did not get a manual for the motor, it runs fine and all speeds work. Also will a regular deep cycle marine battery will work for me? I have a Evinrude 6hp...
