I just bought a 62 Evinrude 5.5Hp for our little rowboat. Bought it from a trusted friend at a good price - they never had a problem with it. This is my first outboard, so I am a little green with maintenance.
Third time out it killed the water pump. Replaced that myself. then it wasn't...
