Bought Motor new 11/14/03 serial no. 0T896138, engine model number 1025301CD, do not use very much. Last time out I had to pull the choke to get it to open up to full throttle. Once it opened I could push choke in. It idled OK. If I tried to give it gas without pulling choke it would shut...
