    Thanks for all the replies! Tried the that but the ring seems to get hung up on the leading edge of the bellow. Got a couple hours of trying to get past it to no avail.

    Thanks Chris. Hit the nail right on the head. There is a bit of water sitting in there and I'm a little concerned it may freeze. I put the drive on so I could run it for oil change, so it has to stay out side now. Had the drive blasted last year, so I'm wondering if that may have hardened in there.

    I was noticing this puddle of gear oil under my drive after i removed it a couple of week ago. This was a little unusual,so I looked a little closer and saw this. If parts hit the floor, I'll need to replace them as I swept the floor and am not seeing any. Not sure what I'm missing. ​​​​​​​
