I had some welding done on the lower unit , but i unhooked the wires before he welded on it but that when the problem started any help ? would this have caused my problem ?
when i hook up my cables to positive and negative they spark and the positive wire gets hot and smoke comes out from under the flywheel ,but the starter will still work.
