The starter cord on my 1973 Seahorse 4 broke and when I took off the cord spool the recoil spring came flying out. Now I can't figure out which direction the spring goes back it to tension it correctly, clockwise or counter. The cord should come out the bottom of the spool, right but that...
I just got a Sea Horse 4 model #4W73C and Serial #E3716007 on a 1973 sailboat I just bought. I'm guessing it is also a 73 b/c of the model # and I cannot find any neutral on it or any way to lock it straight on the mount to use my boat rudder to steer. Do neither of these things exist? Also...
