    1970 115 manual tilt question.

    I can't get this engine to tilt,unless I lift up on the engine slightly,to relieve the weight and remove the pin,by sliding it out from under the two claws that hold the engine in place while in gear.(kinda' hard to do when on the water),,I am thinking that there should be a rod in the back of...
