i got a 73' johnson 50hp motor. ran fine all last year. earlier this year i took it out and had some issues starting it so i took the carbs off and cleaned them out. Now when i put the muffs on she fires up like a champ but when i took it out on the lake it doesn't wanna start. I got it to start...
ok, i really dont know jack about mercury motors. a buddy of mine has a 50 hp motor but he dont know the year of it. the sn# 6421448 i couldn't find a model # i tried looking in the parts section and didnt find any sn matching up. maybe someone on here could help?
